Hi All
Any educated guesses on why the Q would purchase the U23C's? They were sort
of an
odd locomotive was it maybe for the long speed runs across Nebraska? If so I
ended up
seeing them quite a bit in Sheridan Wyoming right before the merger which if
anyone
know has has considerable grades. It does not seem thatit was a good territory
for them
with the low horsepower trying to pull tonnage over long grades...!
