You will first have to differentiate what you mean by "CB&Q's old
Pullmans". Do you mean the heavyweight sleepers that were purchased
as part of the Pullman divestiture in 1948? Do you mean Pullman
sleeping cars that were in service prior to 1948? Do you mean
Pullman built cars that were owned by the CB&Q? In any case, the
answer is "NO" (to the question if all Pullmans had clerestory roofs).

The ducts on the roof are a very big deal, depending on what you are
modeling. They indicate where the A/C was vented into the car. This
is especially noteworthy on cars with large amounts of section space
(where ducts ran full length of the sections on both sides) and cars
with all rooms, where the duct would only be on one side (the rooms)
as the aisles wouldn't be ducted. Variances are all in between.

There are some omissions in Bill Glick's books, in terms of cars the
CB&Q owned but don't show up in the rosters or photos. They
shouldn't affect what you seem to be after though. They won't tell
you what was specifically assigned to divisions, but you should be
able to extrapolate based on the photos. Other good sources are M.
Spoor's books (CB&Q in Color).
