Location: TWO SEPARATE SALE LOCATIONS-READ CAREFULLY!

Day 1: Sale to be held at Sullivan Auction Site, located 1 1/2 miles
east of Hamilton, IL on Highway 136.

Day 2: Sale to be held at "Minerville", located at 2208 220th Street,
Donnellson, IA. From Fort Madison, IA, take Highway 61 to the west edge
of town, go west on Highway 2 approximately 3 miles, then turn right
onto Golden Road (Wilson Park Sign). Take Golden Road approximately 1/2
mile and turn left on 220th Street (Minerville Sign). Continue on 220th
Street to the sale which will be on the left side.

Brief History

Dave & Carol Miner designed and built the Fort Madison, Farmington &
Western Railroad, Inc. beginning in 1990. This full size railroad and
country village, which they named "Minerville", has been a labor of
love. The Miners, along with their children, laid the track, constructed
or moved in the buildings and built this vintage railroad tourist
attraction from the ground up.

Due to the health reasons, Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC will liquidate
everything. We will sell locomotives and other railroad rolling stock;
handcars & motorcars; railroad collectibles including vintage signs,
lanterns, depot benches, baggage carts, hand trucks, ticket cabinets,
calendars, early literature including car & train cyclopedias; we will
also sell general store items to include cast iron coffee grinder, candy
case, showcases, spool cabinet, brass cash register, vintage seed
display, advertising tins, etc. Other collectibles included in this huge
auction: Fry Visible Mae West gas pumps, gas station signs, barber pole
& chair, 1927 Model T depot hack in very good original condition, 1918
Republic truck chassis, huge selection of NOS and other Model T Ford
parts, stationary steam engine with 4' flywheel, fully functionable
sawmill, early vintage firehose cart in original paint & excellent
condition. Also selling modern shop & office equipment.

Auction Information

Day 1- Monday, June 16th . 9:00 a.m. Sale to be held at Sullivan
Auction, Highway 136 East, Hamilton, IL. This first day will consist of
a very large quantity of railroad and country store antiques and
collectibles. This will be a sitdown style catalogued auction.

Day 2- tuesday, June 17th . 9:00 a.m. Sale to be held at "Minerville"
(see above directions). This will also be a very large auction
consisting of locomotives and other rolling stock. Day 2 will also offer
a very large selection of Model T and other vintage car parts, visible
gas pumps, several vintage buildings to be removed, large equipment,
crane, stationary engine, bridges, cargo trailer, gooseneck trailer, etc.

to include: Kalamazoo handcar gears; Kalamazoo Valocipede wheels;
steam valves; steam guages; guage glass; boiler reams; taps;
journal pads; injectors; salesman sample journal box seal;
numerous other NOS parts.
* Model T & other antique car parts. Please note: This sale will
include a very large selection of antique automotive items
including one of Dave Miner's professionally built custom Model T
concession wagons. Dave's popcorn wagons and caliopy wagons have
been featured on numerous nationally televised antique car
auctions. This particular Model T was completed in the late 1980s,
and was built for a local business man. This one item is consigned
by this gentleman. It has been driven very little since completed.
The workmanship is second to none. 1927 Model T Depot Hack. This
is an all original and exceptionally solid example of an early
railroad hack. 1918 republic truck chassis (unrestored). Huge
selection of Model T inventory such as: frames, axles, wheels,
fenders, radiators, coils and boxes, steering wheels, engine
blocks and parts, TT truck parts, Ford Script bed, lots of NOS
parts, brass carburetors and much more.
* Several tourist store fronts and buildings to be removed. These
"Minerville" buildings were built by Dave and his family and are
very nice. We will also sell a large wooden water storage tank
with D&RGW spout.
* Heavy equipment and modern shop items including badger 18-ton
rough terrain crane (runs good, needs TLC); 34' enclosed car
hauler style gooseneck trailer; Heavy duty 30' tandem flatbed
gooseneck trailer; Honda DC welder/generator; Joy Model 150 gas
compressor; sandblasting equipment; bridge crane; 5-ton crane
hoists; shaper; cylindrical grinder; metal lathe and chucks;
numerous cables; slings; chains; binders; tie downs; etc.

Please note: The above listing has been greatly abbreviated. We
will simply tell you that if you are a railroad collector you will
not want to miss this interesting auction for the Dave & Carol
Miner family. Both days will be large and we will offer live
internet bidding from both locations. With the exceptions of the
#507 Doodlebug and the #4 Baldwin locomotive all items will sell
to the highest bidder without reserve or minimum. All other items
being sold both days will sell "No Reserve". There will not be an
