[CBQ] Minerville / Fort Madison Farmington & Western Photos ???

Hello all,

Can anyone here point me to some photos of Minerville -AKA- Fort
Madison Farmington & Western.  In spite of some diligent web searching
I was only able to come up with about two-dozen photos from this
location.  No photos of the Bevier & Southern coach, open-car made
from a boxcar, the Rock Island Davenport, and only a handful of photos
of the CB&Q Edwards motor car.

There were a few photos posted here in the files a few years ago, but
those are now gone.
