Hi to everyone... Many thanks to all of you that have responded and sent

me, any and all comments and suggestions are most appreciated....
So many of you have responded and I can't thank you guys enough... A great
bunch
here...
Well, i have committed to HO scale..., with Peco track and such, not to mention
a couple
of engines and a few cars.... I had thought abt N scale several weeks ago, over
and over
and over again, but as my eyes need all the help they can get, plus the fact I
now have a
basement to work with, I thought HO would be the better....
I ( like many others I am sure ) have thought long and hard about modeling the
CB&Q,
and I am not all that sure that I can (or want) to get every "detail" in the
proper place or
proper order.... I for one, feel that I am running out of time, and just want
to enjoy
every bit of it that I can....
I strongly desire a Layout that is well detailed and has good operations, and
would love it
to be so good that it would be published in some magazine someday, but I doubt
that I
can accomplish my wants in the time that I feel I need... ha ha.... so I hope
to get
something on the board soon and begin running a engine or two... I just want to
have
some fun....
For the group, please do not take my mail here as a negative on my part.... I
WANT
advise, comments, direction, and so on.... from anyone and everyone, that wants
to share
their experiences.... I'm just choppin at the bit to get a engine running ...
ha ha...
