As far as I know, the only 'F' units on the Q that didn't have  
Dynamic Brakes were the 3 A/B/A sets of F-3 Phase II (early-high  
fans) that were purchased for California Zephyr service and were  
numbered #9960ABC - 9962ABC. These were later re-geared for freight  
service and painted in the 'Grayback' scheme but kept their original  
numbers.
