[CBQ] FTW&D 40' boxcar "lease" lettering

Hello all,
 
On page 19 of Burlington Bulletin #7 there is a photo of a FTW&D 40'  
Havelock-built XM-32 boxcar. It has lettering just to the left of the  door.  
Does 
anyone know what it read?  I vaguely remember something  about Wichita Falls, 
Texas.
