[CBQ] Help needed

My computer suffered a melt down on Christmas Eve and the harddrive acquired a 
terminal illness.  To add to my problems, I've found that some of my latest 
back-up discs are corrupted.  So, I've lost heaps of CB&Q data but also my 
address book. If you are one of my correspondents, I'd be grateful if you would
