Now available is 44-page Rail Negative List #110 with original black
& white negatives for sale of rail operations beginning with C. These
have been shot from the 1970's until the present. Some subjects sell
out the first time listed. Other subjects dribble on for decades.
(This proves that I'm not psychic.)
Subjects include locos (with roster data, including dispositions),
passenger cars, freight cars, cabooses, work equipment, depots and
stations (with architectural details). Locations and dates are listed
for each shot.
The CBQ is on pages 21 to 26. Locos are mostly in BN green from 105:2 to
9409B with U25B, GP40, GP7, SD9, U23C, SD45, GP20, GP30, GP35, 2-6-0, SW1, NW2,
SW7, SW9, SW1200 & TR2.
passenger car Silver Lounge, scale test car 204740, cabooses 13658 & 11506; and
depots and stations in South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Montana, Wyoming and
Colorado.
The CS is on pages 35 to 38 with locos from 150 to 7882, models NW2, SW1200,
SD7, SD9, SD40 and SD40-2. Caboose 10662, steam pile driver 99104, Jordan
spreader 99271 and MofW ex-passenger coach 99605 plus depots in Wyoming,
Colorado & New Mexico.
The negatives are 2.3 by 3.5 inches. They are shot with my Fujica
G690BL press camera with coupled rangefinder for precision focus. They
are shipped in individual archival-plastic envelopes.
The lists are free via e-mail. Please respond directly to me at
n.metcalf@worldnet.att.net rather than on-line.
Lists are also available for rail operations beginning with A, B,
D-F, G-H, I-M, N-R, S-T and U-Z.
      Norm Metcalf, Boulder Colorado
