In a late '67/early '68 issue there is a publicity shot in "Trains" news
photo section, showing the "Builder" w/a completely repainted consist,
powered by 2 SD's. Naturally, I'm sure there
were still plenty of orange cars at this point, but they apparently had
repainted enough
to field a complete consist. The shot is at one of the famous scenic
spots, so you
probably wouldn't be able to read any car names, but at least that tells you
examples
of every car normally in the consist were repainted by then.

Has anyone seen a list of when the EB cars were repainted from orange
to blue? I know dates fo a couple of cars, but since I am modeling
1967/68 (when the color change took place) I want to make sure I don't
have a blue car painted in '69 in a consist. I also want to try to
have a straight orange consist that could have theoritically run
through the end of 1968.
