Hi Jerry,
The Tichy cars are based on ex-Wabash hoppers purchased by the
Anderson Company. They were used for grain service along the Toledo,
Ohio, waterfront, transporting grain from ships to elevators (or vice
versa, I can't remember). I don't think these cars made it into
interchange service.
