I realize this is a sore subject (I know it is with me); but can anyone 
shed any light on the whereabouts of the caboose book I paid for 
several years ago?  It has been so long, that I don't even know how to 
contact the "publisher" for the reason of giving him an address 
change.  I fear that if it ever was to be printed (what am I 
thinking?), my copy would not be able to find me.  Can anyone help?
