[CBQ] 65'6" mill gon

There has been much discussion in the past about Athearn's new 65'6" mill gon. 
It was mentioned that the Q didn't have 20 panel gondolas but that the C&S did. 
Well miracles will never cease, I found an article in Jan/Feb 1989 Prototype 
Modeler showing how to kitbash one. I know we don't need to kitbash it any 
longer, but the article has good drawings and pictures and is very informative.
