While similar in appearance, the CB&Q USRA 2-10-2's were the heavy 
version, which had larger drivers (63" vs. 57" on the light) and a 
longer tender than the standard USRA 2-10-2 light.  Yes, they look 
similar, and may very well meet your needs, but strictly speaking, 
aren't the same engine.
