Yes Broadway did a really fine job on the CZ 10-6's and Baggage cars! Hats
off to them.
The only thing I found I didn't care for on the cars are the "rivet" detail.
But then once a 1/2 or 3/4 inch rivet head or screw is sized down to 1/87th,
it's going to disappear on the final model. The other thing I wish BLI would
have done and remember I haven't seen the undecorated car, is to have left off
the big name board, so one could use the cars for the Rio Grande Zephyr.
Although if you model the RDZ early on such as 1971, the "CZ" Name boards are
still
on the cars.
With the undec cars remember the 10-6's are only prototype for the CZ 10-6's,
the 1949 cars. With the baggage cars undec without the railroad owner's name
boards, Silver Treasure, Argo, and Olympus can be modeled. Well Silver
Treasure after the steam gen equipment was removed. Silver Treasure was built
with a
steam generator for use with a single shovel nose unit since they laked steam.
With these new CZ cars on has to wonder if BLI will do more of the Budd cars,
such as the 1947 Twin Zephyr, Wabash's Blue Bird, or the Q's 1956 Denver
Zephyr.
