In my Ownership, age and Condition booklet dated 1/1/65 it shows the kitchen
cars were purchased from the War Asset Admin. in 1947 and conv at HV(Havelock)
1947 243 overhauled in Aurora 1953-55
8660, 8829, and 8880 equipped with stoves
8676, 8686, 8702, 8760, 8822, 8848, 8865, 8878 equipped with high and wide
doors for Kable Printing Co.
Must have changed the doors
