Camanche, Iowa is the town referenced in the title, and it is indeed just
south of Clinton. The Albany named is Albany, Illinois and it is located
immediately across the Mississippi river from Camanche.

Camanche, Where? I know of one just south of Clinton, IA, but only know
of the Milwaukee (Now IC&E) running through there.
