Tom,
The file is in the form used by a program called Waybills from a
shareware software producer called Shenware. There is a Yahoo Group
called Shenware that discusses and supports the program. The author is
very good at answering questions and doing program upgrades.
The O/L stands for Off-line. The program distinguishes for your layout
on-line (on the modeled section) and off-line (not on the modeled
section). R: is receive. S: is ship. The numerical 1 is a marker for the
program to keep track new additions to the industrial list.
