In May 1961, the Iowa NRHS sponsored a two-day 4960 fan trip from Davenport
to Dubuque the first day and Davenport to Beardstown to Galesburg the second
day. Chicago fans rode No. 36 back to Chicago from Galesburg. Did the cars
used on the special train tie-up in Galesburg, or did they get coupled onto the
rear of No. 36 for the trip to Chicago? I was on the train, but can't
