Next weekend (May 29), Milan, Missouri, is having its annual "Old Timers
Days".
Many things to do in town all day... and lots of food and entertainment.
I have been "selected" to "babysit" the 1882 QO&KC depot and BN 11443
Caboose for the day.
The depot is located one block east of Business route 5 on East 3rd street.
How about a few (or more) of you CB&Q fans coming down and look around?
The Sullivan County Historical Museum uptown in Milan will also be open.
That building was built as division headquarters for the QO&KC and
contains many interesting items.
