[CBQ] 400 Class SD-7 Info

I'm currently researching the 400 class SD-7's and was wondering if 
anyone has a photo in their collection of the fireman's side of #401 
after it was repainted CRG. I believe this was the only 400 class to 
receive the wide frame stripe. I'm trying to determine if it had a 1 
or 2 chime horn and what journal boxes on the trucks were used. This 
unit became BN # 6049.
