Unfortunately, not every piece of ?worthy? equipment can be saved. I know
that several folks on the list contacted museums to find a home for these,
but it just didn?t work out. Thanks for informing us.

Well the three E-9s I told you about were scrapped last Monday and Tuesday.
Isn't it a shame. There goes another piece of railroad history. I think
there is 13 or 10 CB&Q E-9s left.
