You might be thinking of the overpass near the crest of
Burke Hill, the road that goes over the bridge is "Big Cut
Road".  I'm wondering if it might also be referring to one
of the line relocations on the line to Kansas City, I
remember a photo that shows a cut that seems a little more
substantial than the one on Burke hill.  Question is, single
track or two tracks?  (One track and siding.)  That would
help to tell if it would be Burke or not.
