I believe everything you stated about the NPP Aeolus is correct. I do have
one new in the box and haven't looked at it for a while but never noticed
any problem with the plating.
Marty Feldmann (Feldner???) ....did the drawings for the Aeolus in RMC many
moons ago.
I had a particular interest in the Aeolus as I owned a 26' Seafarer lettered
in Budd Zephyr font. Never did get around to having the crew jackets made
up with the Aeolus nose herald though.....
