Ralph and Steve
The culvert Ralph is talking about is right on Route 34 and is brick. I
have wanted to take a photo of it for years and just never have the time.
Arch bridges do not show up on the list of Abbreviations on the track charts
In 1904 the Q put in a Reinforced Concrete Arch the first on the Railroad
over I think it is Indian Creek Bridge 50.92 just east of Plano See
Olmsted's " Trail of the Zephyrs" Photo fo 4960 going over the bridge And
of course the five archs over the Fox in Aurora. Do not know of any stone
arches.
