Happened to be rereading the Burlington Bulletin (#38) that
had the excellent article on the Q's snowplows. It mentions
that the wedge plows that the Q converted from flatcars
after the 1949 blizzards that these were assigned to most
terminals across the system. Most of the photos that
accompany the article were taken on lines west. Was just
wondering if anyone may know which of these wedge plows may
have been assigned to lines east, preferably either on the
Aurora or the LaCrosse Divisions, especially into the late
sixties.
