IIRC, there was some sort of deal between TycoToy and CSX on their cat-
colored Pacific (although it sure didn't look like a RDG T-1 to me!) - but we
have our own villain - after Cicago Shyster Lorenzini bought the MTZ off of
Barkett's estate, hge started trying to contact some manufacturers &
historians saying they couldn't model, right about or refer to 9903 without
paying royalties . . . . I dunno - but my shovelnose decal set for Microscale
hasn't been released yet, and it included the Mark Twain tail plaque &
spelled Huckleberry Finn correctly -
It makes me think I could get rich by buying a certain farm acreage in
northern Virginia and sue the publishers and authore-or-heirs of any Robert
E. Lee biographer who mentioned his horse "Traveller" by name because *I* own
the rotting carcass!
