He did, Ken. The title of his email was his explaination: "Railfan.net
Usenet ABPR Archive Search Utility". If you don't know about the Railfan
alt.binaries.pictures.rail archive, then you have certainly been missing
out. It's a great resource of user submitted photos, including tons of old
CB&Q stuff.
His second email "search tips", was in response to someone who didn't know
how to use the link to search for photographs.
