When I made my reservations I called the Holiday Inn Express first and, no
surprise, the reservation clerk first told me they were all booked-up and
had nothing on the "BNR" rate code. She told me to call the manager in the
morning.
Instead, I called 1-800-HOLIDAY and got the reservation in a flash! So you
tell me, how does a national reservation center at some remote location
have all the dope on our convention and the hotel itself is at a loss?
Good help is hard to find. . . .
