Thanks for all that info! I've got that book, but I've not had time to look
at it the past two evenings. However, I did look at the original photo, and
the reason I put Oct 1960 is because it is one of those photos that has the
date printed on the border of the photo.
Obviously, in this case, it was a reprint that was done in Oct 1960,
probably 30 years after the original was taken.
