A small four wheeled flat car, designed to be pushed
by hand or pulled behind a track motor car. It is used
to carry ties, rails, frogs and other heavy track
equipment and tools. The ones the Q used mostly had a
capacity of three tons. See picture at top of page 194
in BB #35.
