I'll try to answer what I can. Burlington Bulletin 16 on Plattsmouth had
an article on milk and cream cars.(out of print) There were two types
34'& 37' converted wood boxcars and a 51' car similar to an early
experess car. Links below show each type behind the engine. I have no
information on routes except that as the longer cars came online the
boxcar type were downgraded to branch line use. Trucks and the
depression killed most of the traffic and the cars were scrapped or
converted by 1933. Any milk hauled after that was in baggage cars.
