They had a restaurant @ C&NW station in Chicago too as I recall. Keeping
the food focus on the Q, a 1901 ad in Munsey's magazine for the Q states
"Roses are always on the tables, and delicate china*, glass and silver add
to the pleasure of a dinner well cooked and daintily served" and "All the
seaon's delicacies at very moderate prices".
