Combine #3653 was converted from G-E 9812. Buillt in 9-27 at EMD - St.
Louis as CB&Q 560, renumbered 812 in 1-28, renumbered 9812 in 7-30, it
was converted to Pass-Bagg 3653 in 6-43.
I don't know of any plans but the car was 65' 0" over body. There is a
folio of 9811 in Corbin's "Burlington in Transition" this car was
similar as it was built by EMD in 1927 also.
