Amongst topics, he said the book will be a definitive history of the M&StL which will obviously include the Iowa Central. Don told me the manuscript is at the U. of Minn. press. However, it is rather lengthy and he must do careful chopping before it goes to press. My guess is the book may show up toward the end of 2003. Don wrote his MA thesis on the Iowa Central. LWA |
