>Now can anybody identify Tuskeego.

Tuskeego/Tuskeega (alternate spelling) - was in the northeast corner of
section 29, Bloomington Twp, Decatur County. This would be along county
road J45, a mile east ofthe intersection of county road R18.

name the town that was bypassed by the CB&Q and moved to the railhead at
what became Kellerton?

Have a copy of a 1872 map of Ringgold County, no tracks back then, nearest
place name to Kellerton was Cross P.O., located in the northwest corner of
section 14, Athens Twp. Part of Kellerton is in the next section north,
section 11. Back in those days, post offices were often agencies in
farmer's homes, or of course in a country store - not a town per se.

Beaconsfield was a ways north of Kellerton, but not created yet, another
post office called Union Hill was still north of that in Section 15 of Union
Twp, another unlikely candidate. Only other place of substance (besides Mt
Ayr, which predated the railroad) was Caledonia, located astride sections 10
and 11 in Lots Creek Twp., along what is now county road J55.
