Whenever the real issue needs to be obscured the concept of "Fuel Savings"
is a convenient diversion. Just like the 55 mph speed restriction on
SD40-2's.
Got to be able to read the code. Just like "Left the Company to Pursue
Other
Interests". That means that the person got fired.

on this worked for IRN as an engineer and wasn't to happy about it. It
sounded like a fuel saving issue but who knows.
