The SNAILS the USPS now use for delivery to the western terminus of the
formerly speedy Pony Express on this day the 14th of MARCH finally
delivered my Bulletin #40. Others in Northern California should receive
theirs shortly as they are carried down the Sacramento river by steamboat.
Dave someone needs to talk to the post office about this ridiculous
delivery time.
