While I do not have that item now I know someone who might and
will ask. It while take a little while as they are non E-mail.

Nit pick #1 is that technically Roosevelt Road was not the division
of ownership. It was the South line of 12th Street. 12th Sreet was
replaced by Roosevelt Road but not on the same exact alignment.
This only applied to the main tracks as CB&Q owned everything
West of the mains at least as far as Harrison St.

The division of ownership on the other leg of the wye was the center
line of 16th Street.

I will ask on the other issue.
