Just for the record of recent events.There were no UTLX cars in the Minot,Nd incident.At least ones which dumped their contents. The little episode in West Virginia where 7,300 gallons of Toluene were dumped when a tank belly split open was not a UTLX car either. Yes I know who's they were. Leo |
