Bulletin

Does anyone have a copy of BB#8 they're willing to part with at a reasonable 
price? This is the issue dealing with the railway postal services of the Q. If 
not, until I can locate a copy of said bulletin, I would settle for a copy of 
the photo of RPO-Combine #3004 at Red Oak that appears on p 23. Can anyone out 
there help me? Thanks in advance.
