The only photo I've found is on page 16 of "Waycars of the CB&Q" showing it
at Brookfield, IL. in April 1970. There is an accompanying note (on the
previous page and opposite the photo) that #14496-8 were all rebuilt cars,
but the origins of #14496-7 were not known. Your car was renumbered to
#11007 BN and used around Aurora until October 1976 when it was donated to
West Chicago.

The roster on page 76 shows that the car was built at Aurora in 1890, the
same year as #14496 which was destroyed in 1964. (Sorry, can't find a photo
of that one to compare) Based on the previous comment that the origin of
these two cars was unknown, this "built" date should, perhaps, be "rebuilt".
There is a plan on page 79 which applies to this car.
