This wasn't America's first electric snow plow. I can't find my books on
the MILW but I'm sure they had electric rotaries long before 1949.
According to Ira Swett's Interurbans of Utah the Salt Lake & Utah built
an electric rotary snowplow circa 1923 (page 47). On page 88 there's a
photo of it on the Utah-Idaho Central.
