SD60 BN & EMD

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL,
I know some one can help with this,
Proto 2000 Done the SD60 In BN & EMD, 
now what numbers are correct.
I seen the one of the BN's & EMD has the same road numbers"8302"
Or could this be that the BN bought this 8302 from END and repainted 
it?
Not up on this kind of thing and don't really follow numbers to what 
and where the go.
Getting a bit better at nombers to type of locomotives though.
