Every once in a while we get a call at the tank car hdqtrs requesting info on 
the design of a certain tank and what entity is leasing it from certain govt 
law enforcement agencies. Cars tend to be in the South and Calif. Recently 
one was watched for several days after being spotted at destination but noone 
ever showed up to "unload" the car. And the contents weren't liquid chemicals.
