On page 100 of Jeff Wilson's "Burlington Route Across The Heartland" is a photo taken at Denver in June 1949 of F-3 #133. In the foreground are two small white "barrows" labelled "CB&Q" and "ICE", and numbered 2 & 3. Each seems to be fitted with a pair of car wheels/tyres which appear to be too big for the potential load. Can anyone shed any light on this equipment?
