Dear fellow railroad enthusist.

While visiting a local steam railroad that I supply engraved glassware to.
I was looking at the smoke box front of a locomotive under restoration ( she
will be fired up in about a week and a half). The smoke box front has a CB&Q
casting # and the smoke box door has C&S 7313 stamped on it. This
Locomotive was owned by some one in Colorado and sold to th Heber Valley
Railroad in Utah a couple of years ago along with some heavy weight pullman
cars. It's currently # 75. It has been known as the "Movie Train". Several
stacks and other pieces were provided with this locomotive in the purchase
to be used for different time eras on movies.
However I do believe the smoke box front to be the only one it has. I was
wondering if someone their could help me on more information. using the C&S
#7313. I believe this is a smaller 2-8-2. I will be going back up and see if
I can get the casting #, wheel configuation and manufacture of this beauty.
Let me know if you are interested in what I find out or if you can help me
with more information.

Thank you, Tom Labonte
