RPO Cars

In the new issue of Model Railroader, the New Products
section shows Bethlehem Car Works new B&O 6 window
RPO. My question is, is this car close or the same design
as the Q's? It appears to be. Also, on one of the lists, they mentioned a
web site that showed IHC new Premier
Series heavyweight cars. Does anyone know the site?They are also listing a
straight RPO car as one of the series. thanks, John.
