Do yourself a favor and find someone that does good work. I have seen some HO 3D models that were at best toys. The details were oversize and things like brick and shingles nothing like the prototype. And grooves too deep and wide. For example, how can you take flat brick and make it look like stone? One designer apparently didn't know the difference btw windows for wooden and masonry structures. In some cases, the designer embellished things that didn't exist. I wonder if the oversize details and grooves were a result of trying to make a set of files to be resized to print in large and small scales. Perhaps actual scale details would be lost in the smaller scales like N? I'm just saying that the 3D work is only as good as the designer. Beware.
