Greetings from the BRHS Spring Meet Planning Committee!
Registration is well underway for our Spring Meet in Ottawa, IL on May 2. The weekend looks to be a fun and informative time for us all. While registration is doing well, there is just over one more week until registration closes. Our food vendors need the
numbers turned in well in advance so they can do their planning.
Unfortunately, this time around, registration is not available on the BRHS website. Over the last couple of months, we have had issues with PayPal transactions not completing successfully. Because of this, registration is only available by mailing in your
form to the address specified on the form.
For all registrations we have received, a confirmation email has been sent. IF YOU HAVE MAILED YOUR FORM AND HAVE NOT received a confirmation email from us, please send an email to "registration@burlingtonroute.org" so we can keep an eye out in the next week.
Please include your name(s), hometown(s), are you registering for the "FULL or DAY FARE" and what you would like for lunch (Ham, Turkey or Tuna). We'll make sure we get you on the list so you don't miss out on either lunch or dinner.
If you haven't received a registration form, please email us ASAP and we'll email a copy back to you. As with the above, email us with your information and we'll get you on the list and we can collect a check or cash from you when you arrive in Ottawa on the
2nd.
AGAIN - to ensure lunch and/or dinner, we MUST receive your registration information NO LATER than next Friday (April 17th). We look forward to seeing you in Ottawa on May 2 for a great Spring Meet!
